• Hike on Last CTC for Relevant Life Insurance Experience (Above ₹4 LPA)

Responsibilities:

✅ Recruitment & Team Management:

• Hire and train part-time advisors/agents

• Build and lead a team to generate business

• Conduct client visits and ensure financial solutions are delivered

✅ Lead Generation & Client Engagement:

• Guide team on generating leads via social media, networking, and referrals

• Ensure effective business development through team efforts

✅ Incentives:

• New Business Generation
