Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on potential for business growth.

• Client Visits:

  • Conduct face-to-face visits to industrial clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and check-ins.

• Client Meetings & Presentations:

  • Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, presenting product/service offerings and addressing their needs.

  • Provide customized product demonstrations and proposals based on client requirements.

• Sales Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract agreements in alignment with company policies.

  • Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

• Market Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activity.

  • Provide feedback on market conditions and sales opportunities to the sales team and management.

• Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Customer Support & Follow-up:

  • Ensure smooth post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
