Balwom Textile is looking for a proactive Sales Executive to manage customer interactions, schedule video calls and store visits, and ensure seamless coordination with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convince customers for virtual or in-person visits.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Schedule video calls and store visits with potential customers.
✔ Pass qualified leads to the sales team available at stores.
✔ Follow up on customer visits and video calls, gathering feedback.
✔ Convince customers about our ethnic wear collection and brand value.
✔ Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up status.

🔹 Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in apparel or ethnic wear.
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✅ Ability to multitask and handle customer queries efficiently.
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools.
