Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, promoting products/services, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing sales strategies, and executing marketing campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

• Promote company products/services to potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

• Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade shows as needed.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

• Track competitors, market trends, and customer feedback to improve offerings.

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales, marketing, or related field (Freshers can apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and mobile apps.
