The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling event awards and tickets, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the success of our events through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities:
Sell event awards and tickets to businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.
Promote event awards packages to potential clients, offering tailored solutions.
Attend and represent the company at promotional events and conferences.
Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns for ticket sales.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Work closely with the event management team to ensure smooth event execution.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding events and ticketing.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in event sales or ticket sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
Knowledge of the event industry is a plus.
