Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Job Responsibilities:

-Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C clients to generate sales.
-Handle inbound sales inquiries, provide product details, and close deals.
-Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-ups via calls and emails.
-Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
-Manage customer databases and track sales leads using CRM tools.
-Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
-Handle social media marketing and online promotions to attract new customers.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
-Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Requirements:

-1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field (apparel industry experience is a plus).
-Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
-Ability to work independently in an office setting and meet targets.
