Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Gwalior. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in real estate sales, banking, or the finance sector. They should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships, and a track record of achieving sales targets. Immediate joiners with their own conveyance are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients in the real estate sector.
• Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present, promote, and sell real estate properties or financial services to prospective clients.
• Handle inquiries, provide accurate information about products, and address client concerns effectively.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, banking, or the finance sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Gwalior is a plus.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
