Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential franchise partners through various channels.
Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for new schools.
Generate leads through networking, digital marketing, industry events, and referrals.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements while ensuring legal compliance.
Engage with potential franchisees through presentations, webinars, and meetings.
Provide ongoing support, training, and best practices to ensure franchise success.
Collaborate with marketing for brand promotion.
Ensure operational excellence across franchise locations.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or related field.
· 3-7 years in education, franchise sales, or business development.
· Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
· Knowledge of school operations & franchise models.
· Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel.
