Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell various loan products such as home loans, personal loans, business loans, and mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork, referrals, and digital channels.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell different types of loans to prospective customers (home loans, personal loans, business loans, etc.)

Generate leads through cold calls, field visits, digital campaigns, and referrals

Explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements to clients

Collect and verify documents from customers and coordinate with the processing team

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain conversion ratios

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

Attend client meetings and property visits when required

Provide post-sale support and resolve customer queries or issues

📌 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field

1–3 years of experience in loans, banking, or financial sales (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of local market and customer behavior

Ability to work under targets and pressure
