Job Description

Sales Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales growth. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Monitor competitor activities and market trends.Marketing Responsibilities:Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.Manage social media campaigns, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and campaigns.Collaborate with the design team for marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).Track marketing performance and ROI of different campaigns.Key Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
