Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Base Salary- Rs. 21000 to 30000 (+incentives)
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Promotion: Create and implement strategies to boost brand
awareness via social media and other channels.
Lead Generation: Target potential clients for events like birthday parties and school picnics, and convert leads into bookings.
Event Promotion: Support the promotion and execution of special events and seasonal offers.
Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Reporting: Track marketing performance and provide regular updates to management.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing, or event planning (preferably in entertainment or hospitality).
Strong communication, digital marketing, and lead-generation skills.
