Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Filtering:
Collect, sort and manage leads from various platforms, including social media. Messaging
apps and email.
Analyse and prioritize leads based on potential value and relevance.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
Create and implement email & messaging app marketing strategies to engage prospects.
Monitor performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Market Research:
Perform thorough research to identify new market opportunities across different
commodities.
Understand market trends and conduct competitor analysis to inform strategy.
Time Zone Coordination:
Manage relationships with clients and suppliers across multiple time zones.
Manage communications effectively to enhance collaboration.
Client and Supplier Development:
Cultivate relationships with potential clients and suppliers to facilitate business growth.
Negotiate terms and maintain strong communication channels.
Export and Import Knowledge:
Leverage knowledge of export and import processes to support business operations.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations & logistics requirements.
Manual Process Management:
Utilize Excel sheets and email for tracking leads, communication, and reporting.
Develop a structured approach for managing tasks without dedicated CRM software (until
it is developed).
Software Development Support:
Assist in identifying requirements and liaise with software developers for creating CRM or
lead management solutions.
Provide feedback for improving tools and processes based on firsthand experience.
Skills Required:
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting.
Adept at email communications and digital marketing strategies.
Understanding of exports and imports regulations and practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English: reading & writing

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
