We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts in the garment accessories and fabrics segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the apparel manufacturing and export industry, with a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing key accounts, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote garment accessories (buttons, rivets, patches, tags, etc.) and fabrics (denim, trouser fabric, etc.)
Identify and target apparel manufacturers, exporters, buying houses, and wholesalers
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations
Generate leads through industry networking, referrals, and market research
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close profitable deals
Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategy
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications using CRM tools
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote products and expand network
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in textiles or garment accessories
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong market knowledge of garment manufacturing and export industry
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (textile background is a plus)
