Job Description

• Assist the sales manager with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales quotation and presentations.

• Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

• Manage sales databases and update customer records with relevant information.

• Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, providing product information, pricing, and delivery details.

• Should have work experience in Chemical Industry

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly, escalating complex issues to the manager when necessary.

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including catalogs, brochures, and promotional items.

• Coordinate & attend customer visits and meetings 5 to 6 times in a month.
