Sales Representative

About the Role:

We’re looking for a customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Greenways Nursery. In this role, you’ll engage with customers, provide expert advice on plant selection, and drive sales through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

·       Engage customers and drive sales with product knowledge and suggestive selling.

·       Assist customers with inquiries and plant selection.

·       Handle sales transactions and update customer records.

·       Keep customers informed about promotions and new arrivals.

·       Maintain stock levels and ensure plants are well-displayed.

·       Process orders accurately and support marketing events.

·       Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications:

·       Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a plant nursery or garden center.

·       Strong knowledge and passion for plants and gardening.

·       Excellent customer service and communication skills.

·       Proven sales skills and ability to engage with customers effectively.

·       Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with Freshers.
