Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, managing relationships, and assisting in closing property sales.


Key Responsibilities:

Telecaller Role:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule site visits.

  • Explain project details, features, and benefits clearly and persuasively.

  • Follow up on inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.

  • Maintain and update the CRM/database regularly with client interactions.

  • Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information.

Relationship Manager Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.

  • Coordinate site visits and accompany clients when required.

  • Assist clients throughout the sales process – from inquiry to closing.

  • Build a pipeline of leads through networking and referrals.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.


Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of the real estate market is an advantage.

  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.

  • Languages: [e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]
