In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to organisations, engaging with their HR teams, explaining our services, and convincing them to take a demo and onboard with us. Key Responsibilities: ● Conduct outbound calls to organisations, introducing our services to their HR teams. ● Explain our company’s offerings and value propositions clearly and professionally. ● Convince potential clients to take a demo of our services and facilitate the onboarding process. ● Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organisations. ● Meet or exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets. Required Qualifications: Any graduation degree. Preferred Qualifications: ● Fluent English communication skills. ● Ability to make persuasive outbound calls and build rapport with HR professionals. ● Strong negotiation skills to secure demo opportunities and onboard new clients.
