As a Senior Admission Counsellor, you will be the primary point of contact for walk-in inquiries and will lead the student onboarding journey with a consultative approach. This role demands in-depth knowledge of career options and university programs, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills to guide prospective students and their parents effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with walk-in students and parents, providing expert counselling on suitable courses and universities post-Class 12th or Graduation.

2. Manage and convert inquiries to admissions by offering personalized guidance and follow-ups.

3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and student progress on the CRM platform.

4. Resolve complex queries related to courses, universities, and admission processes.

5. Coordinate with internal teams and partner universities to ensure a smooth admission experience.

6. Support junior counsellors and share best practices when needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in academic counselling or consultative sales.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Experience handling walk-in counselling and end-to-end admission processes.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to partner university campuses.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
