Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and counseling to prospective students regarding various programs.
- Drive enrollments by effectively communicating the value proposition of UpGrad’s courses.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential learners through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive experience for students.
- Collaborate with different teams to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Highly sales-oriented mindset with strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to confidently engage with students and working professionals.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven approach to work.
- Experience: Freshers to 4 years of relevant experience in sales/counseling roles.
Compensation:
- Fixed CTC: ₹3.89 LPA
- Variable Pay: ₹4 LPA (Performance-based incentives)
