We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at a leading premium bespoke lighting and furniture manufacturer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our customer base through proactive telesales efforts. You will engage with potential and existing clients to promote our high-end, customized lighting and furniture solutions and help them find the perfect products for their needs.
Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively make outbound calls to potential customers, nurturing leads, and generating new business opportunities in the premium lighting and furniture space.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our bespoke lighting and furniture products, including features, benefits, and customization options, to effectively communicate with clients.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers through regular follow-ups, offering tailored solutions based on their preferences and project requirements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of sales leads, prospects, and follow-up actions in our CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on the right product choices, including upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries, concerns, and providing post-sales support as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment in sales strategies.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, performance summaries, and key metrics to share with the Sales Manager.
Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role, preferably within the luxury or bespoke home decor/lighting industry.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, including consultative selling, closing techniques, and objection handling.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly with high-end clients.
A passion for design, furniture, and lighting, with a keen eye for luxury and bespoke products.
Experience working with CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and performance.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in the luxury or bespoke furniture and lighting industry is a plus.
Understanding of interior design trends and product knowledge in premium home furnishings.
