Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
o Identify and engage with potential clients to promote Bharat Datacenter's services.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
2. Technical Expertise and Consultation:
o Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate data center solutions, cloud services, or IT infrastructure.
o Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and detailed product/service explanations.
3. Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and sectors.
o Prepare and deliver customized proposals, RFP responses, and quotes.
4. Collaboration:
o Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation post-sale.
o Liaise with marketing teams to generate leads and participate in promotional activities, including webinars, events, and campaigns.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in data center technologies.
o Provide insights and feedback to refine product/service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the IT or data center industry.
• Strong understanding of data center services, cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and associated technologies.
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex solutions.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
