Job Summary
Responsible for sale of the weather measuring & monitoring instruments, systems, sensors, datalogger etc.
· Proactively identify potential clients and business opportunities in the solar and wind sector.
· Take full ownership of the sales pipeline, from initial lead generation through to final conversion.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business targets.
· Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer weather measuring solutions.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
· Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
· Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting, presentations, and proposal creation to negotiations, contract signing, and execution.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution of projects.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to position the company as a leading provider of weather measuring solutions.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of solar monitoring systems, energy management solutions, and industry trends.
· Preparation of quotation as per client requirement.
· Good skill of communication and email writing.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Hindi and English.
· Ability to work independently and lead conversion efforts from start to finish.
· Willingness to travel.
· TA/DA for out of Delhi-NCR business trips.
