Job Description: NATS Apprentice Trainee

Position Overview:

We are looking for fresh BE Mechanical Engineers who are enthusiastic about building a long-

term career in the HVAC&R industry. This Apprentice Trainee program is designed to provide

a comprehensive overview and hands-on experience in various facets of the HVAC&R

business. Through a structured, phased program, trainees will gain exposure to inside sales,

equipment design and sales, and large turnkey project management, preparing them for a

rewarding career in this dynamic industry.

Program Phases:

Phase 1: Understanding the Business and Inside Sales

- Learn the fundamental concepts of the HVAC&R industry, focusing on Pureblu’s SaaS

solutions.

- Engage in inside sales to generate leads for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) with

large corporates and chain businesses across India.

- Build relationships with clients and develop expertise in customer engagement, sales

processes, and CRM tools.

Phase 2: Designing and Selling HVAC Equipment for Small Applications

- Gain hands-on experience in designing and selling HVAC systems for residential and small

commercial applications.

- Develop a solid understanding of equipment sizing, system selection, and energy

efficiency.

- Interact with small-scale customers to address their HVAC needs and provide customized

solutions.

Phase 3: Designing and Managing Large Turnkey Projects

- Work on large-scale HVAC turnkey projects, including system design, project management,

and execution.

- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver

comprehensive HVAC solutions.

- Gain insights into project budgeting, procurement, and on-site coordination.

Phase 4: Commercial and technical procurement of material for HVAC installation

- Gain hands on experience on technical procurement based on site requirements

- Hands on experience is commercial negotiation and vendor evaluation

- Administrative processes in managing procurement and site coordination

Qualifications and Skills:
