We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Tele calling Expert to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and handling customer queries. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Outbound Calls: Make calls to prospective clients or existing customers to promote products/services, gather feedback, and generate leads.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries effectively.
Customer Interaction: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
Data Entry & CRM: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, ensuring that customer details, inquiries, and feedback are logged appropriately.
Customer Support: Address customer concerns, follow up on inquiries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Market Research: Gather customer insights and feedback to improve products/services or marketing strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on calls made, conversions, and issues faced during customer interactions.
Customer-Oriented: Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
Sales Ability: Previous experience in sales or tele calling is preferred.
Persistence & Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to achieve targets.
Basic Computer Skills: Familiar with using CRM software and MS Office tools like Excel, Word, etc.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions quickly.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
