Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales/leads for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve queries or provide information.

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.

• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.

• Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

• Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales or appointments.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of [English/Hindi/Regional Language].

• Ability to learn about products and services quickly.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Patience and ability to handle customer pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer service, or telesales is a plus.

• 12th Pass or Graduate.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
