Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads.

Prepare and share quotations based on customer inquiries.

Collaborate with the sales teams .

Provide support in organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events or digital outreach.

Follow up with customers to answer questions, provide updates, and build strong relationships.

Maintain and update customer databases to track leads and opportunities.

Requirements :

A graduate in any field (freshers are welcome).

Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers.

A proactive and enthusiastic mindset with a willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of marketing tools or social media platforms .

Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic tools.
