Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential leads within the NRI client base and other target segments to drive business growth.

Demo Scheduling: Arrange and conduct product demos for prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our partner companies' products.
Relationship Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to provide insights for improving sales strategies.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and conversions using CRM software.
Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve product offerings and service delivery.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Proficiency in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively, especially in a US client-facing role.
Sales Acumen: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry, with a demonstrated track record of achieving targets.
