Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

✔ Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers for loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.)
✔ Inbound Calls: Handle customer queries related to loan applications, EMI, and repayment schedules.
✔ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers.
✔ Follow-up: Regularly follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
✔ Customer Support: Address customer grievances and provide accurate information.
✔ Data Management: Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
✔ Achieve Targets: Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
