The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude to effectively engage potential customers and generate leads.Key Responsibilities :Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.Understand customer needs and requirements to suggest appropriate products/services.Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements.
