Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls and answering incoming calls from clients;
• It is 100% desk jobs and this role is to reach out to the pre generated leads contacts through cold calling,
• Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions,
• Updating customer information in a database as necessary
• Fix/ schedule an appointment
• Making reports and documentation based on conversations and reporting analysis
Requirements:
• Proficiency in English is a must (both verbal and written).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Preferably female candidates.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining call logs and reports.
