Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions effectively are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Provide information about products/services and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
