Telecaller

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to interact with our clients, provide support, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Job Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding driving services, including reservations, fares, vehicle types, and policies.

Assist customers in booking and managing their reservations through phone, email, and online platforms.

Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills, striving for a swift resolution.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues effectively.

Educate customers on company policies, procedures, and services.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards customer needs.

Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
