Job Description: Pre-sales Executive (Female Candidates Only)

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to potential clients who are  interested in buying property. This involves reaching out to leads generated through various sources.

• Determine the level of interest and suitability of leads by asking relevant questions. Identify potential clients who are actively looking to buy properties.

• Provide information about the project including details like location, features, sizes ,and pricing. Be knowledgeable about the real estate market to answer client queries.

• Schedule appointments for interested clients to visit properties. Ensure that appointments are logged and communicated effectively.

• Follow up with potential clients who have expressed interest but have not yet committed. Nurture leads through regular communication to move them through the sales funnel.

• Maintain an organised database of leads, contact details, preferences, interactions and including their reaction towards the project and apartment. Keep the database updated with the latest information into the CRM system.

• Address inquiries and concerns of potential clients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide excellent customer service to build trust and credibility.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Share relevant information about clients and their preferences to facilitate the sales process.

• Follow scripts provided by the company to maintain consistency in communication and convey key selling points effectively.

• Stay informed about the local real estate market trends, pricing, and competition. Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams based on client interactions.

• Keep track of personal performance metrics, such as the number of calls made, appointments set, and successful conversions. Use this data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Continuously improve communication and persuasion skills.
