Generate and qualify leads through effective sales conversations.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle objections and turn them into opportunities for sales.
Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
Consistently follow up with prospects to close deals and convert leads into customers.
Report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, progress, and outcomes.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
Continually improve knowledge about offerings to better address customer needs.
Participate in training and team meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Follow-Up and After-Sales Support:
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner, providing solutions as needed.
Maintain customer data and sales information to ensure accurate reporting.
Reporting:
Track and report on sales progress, including any challenges or successes, to the sales manager.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and forecast sales opportunities.
