Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of conversations. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and clients to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information or solutions.
Maintain an accurate record of calls, customer details, and feedback in the company database.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure timely follow-up as required.
Provide feedback to the team and management regarding customer interactions and suggestions for improvement.
Stay updated on product/service details and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
Education: 10th pass or more.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in hindi, Marathi and english.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Patience, resilience, and a customer-centric approach.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
