Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele caller to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the Noida real estate market and experience in resale and prime sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Actively engage with potential clients to understand their property needs and provide suitable options.

·        Manage and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfactions and repeat business.

·        Stay update with market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the Noida real estate sectors.

·        Collaborate with the market team to generate leads and expand the customer base.

·        Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-up details.

Requirements:

·        Strong knowledge of Noida real estate market trends and property pricings.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
