Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote website design, software, and digital marketing services.

• Explain our services, pricing, and benefits to prospects and answer their queries.

• Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

• Maintain a database of client interactions and update CRM with call details.

• Schedule meetings with sales teams for interested clients.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

• Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).

• Confidence in cold calling and explaining technical services.

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.

• Basic knowledge of website design, SEO, and digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
