Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making 100-150 outbound calls daily, engaging with potential leads, and generating qualified appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to a provided list of leads (100-150 daily).

• Generate interest and leads for interior design services.

• Engage prospects, explain our design services, and schedule consultations.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

• Collaborate with the sales and design team to convert leads into clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

• Previous experience in the interior design industry is a must.

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently.

• Goal-oriented with a passion for lead generation and sales.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
