Surya Intentional Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the solar energy sector, dedicated to providing innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solar solutions. We aim to make clean energy accessible to residential, commercial, and industrial clients across India.
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our solar project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role is key to supporting our mission of promoting clean and renewable energy across various sectors.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our solar products and services.
Explain the benefits of solar energy and how it can reduce electricity costs.
Identify customer interest and schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team.
Maintain a database of customer information and follow-up calls in the CRM system.
Answer incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information professionally.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet lead generation targets.
Handle basic objections and provide accurate responses to customer questions.
Update call logs, maintain reports, and track performance metrics.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (solar or renewable energy experience is a plus).
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
Basic understanding of solar products and services, or willingness to learn.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, persuasive attitude.
Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
