Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: 1 year experience in telecalling or sales.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and telecalling etiquette is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and encourage store visits.
- Engage in lead conversion through effective communication, relationship-building, and persuasive selling techniques.
- Utilize multiple channels, including digital platforms, call center interactions, and happy calling, to generate and nurture leads.
- Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach while handling queries and objections.
