#### Job Title:
Sales Executive / Sales Associate
#### Job Purpose:
To call, follow up, and close deals with potential customers. The role involves handling incoming leads, nurturing prospects, and ensuring conversion into successful sales.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Follow-Up:
- Follow up with leads generated from online channels like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp.
- Ensure leads are properly nurtured through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Sales Calls:
- Make calls to prospective clients to understand their needs, offer the appropriate solutions, and address any concerns.
- Conduct cold calls and warm calls based on lead segmentation.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Gain and maintain a strong understanding of the products and services being sold (residential flats, features, benefits, etc.).
- Convey value propositions clearly and persuasively.
4. Relationship Building:
- Develop strong relationships with leads to establish trust and rapport.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
- Handle objections and negotiate terms effectively.
- Convert prospects into closed sales by facilitating the process from initial interest to final agreement.
6. Sales Reporting:
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead progress, notes, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies and approaches.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for follow-up leads and queries.
8. Customer Service:
- Be responsive to customer inquiries before, during, and after the sale.
- Ensure all customer issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
#### Qualifications:
- Education:
Minimum qualification: High School Diploma. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
