Responsibilities:

●        Make outbound calls to potential customers and present insurance products

●        Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly

●        Handle objections and convince customers to purchase insurance

●        Follow up on leads and close sales

●        Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions

●        Provide post-sale customer service and support

Requirements:

●        Good communication and interpersonal skills

●        Qualification: 12th pass and above

●        Preferable age bracket: 18 to 25

●        Experience in telesales or insurance preferred

●        Ability to handle targets and pressure

●        Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, etc.)
FRESHER CAN ALSO APPLY

Compensation: Fixed + Incentives based on sales

For Fresher :- 14-18k plus incentives.
For experience :- depend on there last salary
