This isn’t your typical sales role. This is about creating conversations that convert, simplifying policies for real people, and building trust in a product that matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🎯 Hunt down leads – via calls, social channels, WhatsApp, and smart follow-ups.
🧠 Understand pain points – then suggest policies that actually fit, not just sell.
📞 Talk, listen, close – take leads from “Who’s this?” to “I’m interested” and finally, “Let’s go ahead.”
📝 Keep records smart – log daily activity, follow-ups, and next steps in our simple tracking system.
🤝 Collaborate with closers & advisors – hand off serious leads for policy closure, and stay in the loop.
📈 Own your targets – 200 dials/day or 5 deep follow-ups – you set the bar high and chase it.
