Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, gather information, or follow up on leads. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming calls from customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing customer support. Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through telecalling, and passing on qualified leads to the sales team. Sales:Promoting products or services and encouraging customers to make purchases. Customer Service:Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and building rapport with customers. Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call summaries, notes, and follow-up actions. Data Management:Updating customer information in the CRM system and ensuring data accuracy. Target Achievement:Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions. Collaboration:Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
