Job Overview:

Bajrang Business Solutions is seeking motivated and results-driven Telecalling Executives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with prospective and existing clients, providing information about our products and services, resolving inquiries, and contributing to business growth by meeting sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.

Respond to inbound inquiries and address customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update internal databases.

Proactively follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.

Achieve and exceed defined daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including incentive-linked goals.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive brand image during all interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in handling objections and providing satisfactory resolutions.

Basic computer literacy, with familiarity in CRM tools (training will be provided).

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria~:~

Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th pass.

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Age: 18-30 years.
