Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our student counseling team at [Education Institute Name]. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with prospective students and parents, provide guidance on educational programs, and achieve monthly enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Student Counseling:
Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
Counsel students on available courses and programs based on their educational needs and career goals.
Clarify doubts about admissions, course structures, and career prospects.
Lead Conversion:
Follow up on leads generated through various channels (inquiries, walk-ins, campaigns).
Convert inquiries into enrollments by building rapport and trust with students and parents.
Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Use persuasive communication skills to maximize conversions.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM system.
Update and manage the database for better lead tracking and conversion.
Feedback & Improvement:
Provide insights from calls to improve marketing campaigns and strategies.
Work collaboratively with the counseling and marketing teams to achieve institutional goals.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum High School (10+2); a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in telecalling, counseling, or a similar target-based role is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle objections and provide convincing responses.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
