We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries efficiently.
Maintain a positive and professional approach while interacting with customers.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update databases.
Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.
Skills Required:
Strong verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling (if applicable).
