Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

• Explain IT products/services and address customer queries effectively.

• Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-up schedules.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the company.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign execution.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

• Basic knowledge of IT products/services is a plus.

• Good computer and CRM handling skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
