Job Description
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
- Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits
⦁ Taking inbound calls & understand Customer Need and handle their queries convert leads for the company through telephonic conversation. Generate leads and make calls to potential Customers.
⦁ Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, Line ups or queries.
⦁ Stick to the company script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the customer care executive job role.
⦁ Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new property.
⦁ Be aware of the latest industry trends as a customer care executive.
⦁ Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and concerns.
