Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Management & Leadership
Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of outbound sales executives/telecallers.
Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team and ensure they are met.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Conduct daily team huddles and training sessions to improve skills and performance.
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Drive outbound sales campaigns and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Optimize call scripts and sales pitches to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure team members follow the sales process and maintain high conversion rates.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Ensure high-quality customer interactions and excellent service delivery.
Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Track sales performance and prepare reports for management review.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and team performance.
Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
5. Process Improvement & Compliance
Continuously improve the sales process for better efficiency and results.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Implement best practices to enhance productivity and quality of sales calls.
Key Requirements:
1. Experience & Skills
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or clinic industry.
Proven experience in leading a sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
